St. Joseph Youth Soccer Association (SJYSA) is taking steps to assure its long-term future by establishing an endowment fund through the Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri.

Tax-deductible donations may be made to SJYSA through the Community Foundation, which is managing the investment of the SJYSA fund as part of its overall investment pool for charities and non-profit organizations across the region. By being a part of the Community Foundation, SJYSA’s fund is managed by investment professionals who can seek the best financial return for SJYSA.

SJYSA plans to use interest earned from its endowment fund to help finance future projects, such as major improvements to our Riverside Complex. When we do have identified projects, we also will work with the Community Foundation to seek grant funding.

For almost 40 years, our non-profit organization run by a team of dedicated volunteers has provided athletic opportunities for youths from northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas. Money raised through soccer fees and concession stand sales go directly into supporting that mission by providing uniforms for players and maintaining our 44-acre complex.
