Registration

The 2017 Season is approaching quickly and there will be three more chances to signup in person for Football and Cheer.  You can also signup online http://www.fairbornweehawks.com

The following information is for Fairborn Wee Hawks 2017 Registration:
The registration fee of $200 is per child for both Football and Cheer.
Football registration includes Jersey, Integrated Pants, and Socks. Cheer registration covers warm-ups, spanks, bows, shoes and half-time routine.
 
This year we are also implementing volunteer time.  There will be multiple opportunities to volunter at the field this year.  The volunteer time will be 4 hours per child up to 8 hours or you can buy out for $75.00.
 
All registration fees for Cheer are due by July 10 and for Football by July 31.  All players must have a birth certificate and physical on file before the first day of practice.  For Football the physicals can not be a copy. They have to be an original or they will be rejected.

In Person Sign-Ups at the Football Field in the Blue Building

Saturday June 24     12 to 4 PM (Uniform Fittings)
Friday June 30     5 to 8 PM (Uniform Fittings) Football Only
July 3 Fairborn Block Party Downtown (4 to 10PM)
Registration cut-off for 2017 will be July 3.

There will be uniform fittings at each of the in-person registration dates. It will be extremely important ALL participants are fitted for all Uniform items prior to July 4. We will be placing our Jersey order July 7.

During equipment pick-up dates all football participants will be issued personalized Jersey, integrated pants, socks, helmet, pads. At the end of the season all the player will be required to turn-in will be Helmet and Pads. For cheer each participant will be issued uniform, spanks, bows, warm-ups and shoes. All cheer will return is uniform.

For those parents who may need help paying there is a Hardship Application to be filled out. Applications for Hardship will require additional financial information accompany the application for proof of income. ALL Hardship Applications will be reviewed ONLY by the Executive Board in order to maintain privacy of information submitted. No Hardship packages or information pertaining to Hardship will be shared with anyone.
 
Cheer Schedule:
July 10- First day of practice 6:30-8:15pm (Parent Meeting) Physical and Birth Cert Due
July 11,13,14 (6:30-8:15pm) Practice at field
July 15- Car Wash (Ace Hardware on Dayton Yellow Springs Rd.) 1:00-3:30pm
July 17-21 (6:30-8:15pm) Practice at field
July 24-28 (6:30-8:15pm) Practice at field. Squads begin Gymquest
July 31- August 4- (6:30-8:15pm) Practice at field
August 5- Car Wash (Auto Zone on Maple Ave.) 1:00-3:30pm
August 7-11 (6:30-8:15pm) Practice at field
August 12- Car Wash (Ace Hardware on Dayton Yellow Springs Rd.) 1:00-3:30pm
August 14-17 (6:30-8:15pm) Practice at field
 
Football Schedule:
July 31 - August 4 (6 to 8 PM) - Practice at the Field
August 7 - 11 (6 to 8 PM) - Practice at the Field
August 14-17 (6 to 8 PM) - Practice at the Field
 
August 18 Opening Ceremonies at the Field 6 PM
 
Saturday or Sunday August 19 or 20 Premiere Game (TBD)
